Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freelance Project Manage r to drive day-to-day operational excellence and support our scaling initiatives. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Senior Manager, ensuring our daily metrics are met, quality standards are upheld, and our contributor pipeline runs seamlessly.The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses sharp analytical skills, and excels at bridging the gap between talent acquisition and production output.Key Responsibilities:Metrics Tracking & Reporti ng: owning the daily tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data trends to ensure the team is hitting its targetsProductivity & Quality Contr ol: Closely monitor daily team productivity and output quality. Identify bottlenecks or dips in performance and implement immediate corrective actions.Pipeline & Onboarding Manageme nt: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new contributors.



Coordinate smoothly across departments to manage the transition from internal stakeholders.Proactive Problem Solvi ng: Act as the frontline eyes and ears of the operation. Surface issues, risks, or anomalies to the Senior PM immediately with proposed solutionsQualifications & CompetenciesOperational Execut ion: Proven ability to monitor complex workflows and keep projects moving on a strict daily scheduleData-Driven Mind set: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking tools to extract actionable insightsProcess Managem ent: Strong organizational skills with experience managing pipelines or onboarding funnCommunicat ion: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize operational data into clear updates for senior leadersAdaptabil ity: Ability to multitask and pivot quickly as production needs shQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
