Buscamos un representante de atención al cliente bilingüe (inglés/español) para unirse a nuestro equipo en expansión. Se trata de un puesto totalmente remoto para brindar apoyo a un bufete de abogados especializado en lesiones personales con sede en California.

En este puesto, usted será el primer punto de contacto para los clientes potenciales, ayudando a gestionar las consultas iniciales, recopilar información y ofrecer una experiencia competente y empática.

Es una destacado oportunidad para candidatos con sólidas habilidades de comunicación que tengan interés en el ámbito legal o experiencia previa en atención al cliente o en la recepción y evaluación inicial de casos legales.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish
Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information
Follow structured scripts and questionnaires when needed
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to potential clients
Accurately document call details in the system
Identify qualified leads and escalate when appropriate
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:




Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience working with U.S.-based companies
Prior experience in legal intake or law firms (especially personal injury law)
Familiarity with topics such as peronal injury law and workers' compensation law

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.) with an hour break
