New Product Introduction Engineer (Schneider Client)

Purpose of the Position The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects to ensure technical compliance, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. This role supports cross‑functional teams and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Schneider's quality and innovation standards.

Main Responsibilities Project coordination: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Technical support: Provide engineering solutions and ensure adherence to specifications. Process improvement: Identify optimization opportunities in design and execution. Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams. Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records and communicate project status to stakeholders. Compliance and safety: Ensure all activities meet Schneider and Foxconn standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical,



Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering. 2–3 years of experience in project management or engineering roles. Advanced English (spoken and written). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with technical documentation, process validation, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma preferred). Ability to work in a multinational environment and manage multiple priorities.
