Import / Export PlannerWe are hiring an Import/Export Planner to manage finished goods imports across North America and key Caribbean/Central American markets.
This role acts as a main point of contact between Mexico, Brazil, and international sourcing teams, ensuring smooth shipment execution and supply continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead import planning and execution, ensuring alignment with sourcing units and demandTrack and follow up on international shipments (ocean and land) to meet service levelsManage communication with stakeholders across North America and Caribbean regionsIdentify risks in shipments or demand changes and drive corrective actionsSupport planning activities including MRP, distribution planning,



and finished goods movementsCoordinate with supply planning and logistics teams to ensure product availabilityRequirements+2 years in supply chain, logistics, or planning rolesStrong experience in import/export operations and shipment trackingAdvanced conversational English (daily interaction with international teams)Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred; Kinaxis a plus)Knowledge of MRP, distribution planning, and supply chain processesBasic to intermediate ExcelWork SetupRemote anywhere in Mexico or Hybrid in AguascalientesLooking for a hands-on professional with strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced supply chain environment
