The Regional PC&L; Manager:.
This position is responsible of the manage the entire region (multiple plants) on all PC&L; Metrics, P&L;, Inventory levels and flow, Supplier and Customer Management, Process, and Controls Execution.
**YOUR ROLE**
- Customer OTD, Inventory & DIO, Regular and Premium Freight, Inventory Adjustments,
- E&O;
- Assure Planning Volume / Mix execution at the plant
- Management of FG critical packages (Recovery plans
- Management Raw Material Ordering Process / Supplier escalations
- Coordination and execution of quarter and annual physical inventories
- Standardization with plants, lessons learned, and Best Practices
- Coordination and execution of New Launches - Raw Material / Finished Goods
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Strong and Progressive Leadership
- Supplier and Customer Negotiation
- +10 years of PC&L; experience
- Solid Financial Skills - P&L; Approach
- Analytic / Data Driven
- Winning Mindset - Operations / Finance
- Team Player
- Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
- English (Fluent)
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering)
- Multi-plant experience **(required)**
