**Our client**:
A Property Management Company based in Georgia.
**- Activities**:
- Answer calls and greet clients and members in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond promptly to client inquiries about customer billing, ledgers, payments and other general topics via phone calls.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions and inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Follow company protocols and procedures for client service
**- Schedule**:
**Monday - Friday**
**Standard time**: 10:00 to 18:00 Mexico City time
**Daylight saving**: 11:00 to 19:00 Mexico City time




**_This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)_**

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.
