As part of our Innovation Development Team, this role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining a Customer Loyalty Application that enables data‐driven engagement across sales, inventory, and finance.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Define, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams.
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL-based data models, procedures, and queries to support loyalty data products.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with Python, including backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and database functions (Snowflake preferred).
- Hands‐on experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to understand and document business processes.Professional working proficiency in English.
