**Transaction Consultant - Corporate Real Estate (Mandarin & English)**
**About the Role**
**Flexible work model**: remote, hybrid, or onsite
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
**Location**: Not restricted to Mexico City
**Key Requirements**
- Advanced Mandarin (required)
- Advanced English (required)
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Open to recent graduates
- No previous work experience required
**What You'll Do**
- Support and document end-to-end real estate transactions
- Track and follow up on lease expirations across LATAM (e.g., Buenos Aires and other locations)
- Help structure and maintain visibility of the LATAM real estate portfolio
- Contribute to market analysis and strategic planning
- Provide insights on market conditions, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
