**EMPLOYER BRAND PARTNER - EMERGING MARKETS**
**YOUR ROLE**
**Role Purpose**
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns for priority talent segments in India and other emerging markets, from planning through launch and optimization
- Create and manage content that brings Aptiv's EVP, culture, career opportunities, and employee stories to life
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and regional stakeholders to support hiring campaigns, events, university engagement, and talent community activation
- Track campaign performance, audience insights, and channel effectiveness to inform recommendations and improve results over time
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- 6+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong storytelling and content skills, with experience creating campaigns across digital and social channels
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced integral environment
- Experience using data and insights to optimize campaigns, strengthen employer brand impact, and improve outcomes
