**Job Description**:
The Assembly Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading the plant's quality and reliability activities to ensure that products meet customer expectations, internal standards, and IATF ***** requirements.
This role oversees the assembly quality team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages customer interactions related to quality, and ensures robust processes to prevent and address non-conformities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF ***** standards.
- Coordinate the plant's quality and reliability team.
- Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as customer complaints and cost of poor quality
- Carry out administrative reviews as scheduled.
- Attend meetings with the general quality management team.
- Attend customer meetings.
- Provide daily follow-up on non-conforming product inventories.
- Perform analyses for responses to quality issues and customer complaints.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality.
etc.
- +8 years of experience in manufacturing quality, automotive industry experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
- English fluent
