**JOB SUMMARY**
This position is responsible for HR data entry and maintenance of HR system activities associated with employee information, while maintaining a high level of data integrity for assigned sites.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee related transactions (job, personal, and benefit) into various HRIS tools including SAP HR and/or Employee Central.
- Maintain Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast of company-wide organizational changes.
- Critically evaluate Employee Change Forms for accuracy and adherence to company policies and protocol.
Work with local HR teams to resolve data integrity issues where appropriate.
- Support the communication and interpretation of Jabil's HR systems strategies, procedures & compliance requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Functional knowledge of HR business processes and master data structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR related business systems.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements.
- Experience in managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences within managerial levels.
- Ability to work in a team within a matrix management environment.
- Proficiency in planning, time management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assignments, and have the latitude to adapt procedures, processes and techniques.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- HS Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of four (4) year work-related experience required in human resources (HR); Experience in HR information systems (HRIS preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Regular business hours.
Some additional hours may be required.
- Travel requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 5%.
- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
