We are currently seeking a Front End Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Position
Front-End Developer (Angular CSS)
**Location**: Hybrid (On-site and Remote)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: Mid-Level (3-6 years)
About the Role
This role requires someone who can translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable code while ensuring an exceptional user experience across modern browsers and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build reusable UI components and shared libraries.
- Create responsive and mobile-first interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
- Maintain high code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot UI issues and implement performance improvements.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
- Follow front-end best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- SCSS/SASS
- Responsive Web Design
- Flexbox
- CSS Grid
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and Git workflows.
- Experience with package managers such as npm.
- Knowledge of component-based architecture.
- Understanding of web performance optimization.




- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Angular Material.
- Knowledge of RxJS and reactive programming.
- Experience with NgRx or other state management libraries.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with unit testing using Jasmine and Karma.
- Knowledge of Cypress or Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
