**Oracle OSM/OCM Developer (Oracle Communications) | Remote in Mexico**:
We are looking for an experienced **Oracle OSM/OCM Developer.
**This role is idóneo for professionals with strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle Unified Operations solutions while working in Agile environments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle Communications OSM and OCM solutions.
- Develop and maintain OSM cartridges, orchestration workflows, automation components, and configuration artifacts.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure Oracle Communications modules, workflows, and operational processes.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Build reusable components and technical solutions following Oracle best practices.
- Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), defect resolution, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and release activities.
**Technical Skills Required**:
