We're hiring a**:Products Finance Controller**
**LatAm**
What you'll do
- Own **revenue recognition processes**, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product and contractual structures
- Analyze **cost of services (COS)** and margins at a product and service level
- Support **AOP planning, forecasting, and variance analysis** in partnership with FP&A;
- Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements
- Support **accounts receivable (AR)** monitoring and coordination with Finance Ops
- Prepare and maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready processes




- Act as a **finance business partner** to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring financial alignment and clarity
What we're looking for
- Experience in **finance, controlling, revenue operations, or accounting roles**:
- Strong understanding of:
- Revenue recognition
- COS and margin analysis
- Financial reporting and variance analysis
- Month-end close processes
- Hands-on experience with **ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)**:
- Experience tracking **sales orders, billing, and revenue flows**:
- Strong data analysis skills using **Excel / Google Sheets**:
- Background in **SaaS, subscription-based, tech consulting, or professional services** environments
Other Qualifications
- English fluency required
- Exposure to international operations is a strong plus
- Accounting or Finance degree (completed or equivalent professional experience)
