ISP Admissions Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Admissions Specialist: Schedule and conduct interviews, campus tours, and assessments for prospective students.
- Communication: Provide timely updates and information to applicants, families, and internal teams regarding admissions procedures and timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academic, and administrative teams to support enrollment campaigns and events.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing open houses, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
- Compliance: Ensure all admissions activities comply with school policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a professional and welcoming approach,



fostering positive relationships and promoting the school's reputation.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, customer service, or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families, staff, and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions or CRM databases.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and provide solutions to prospective families.
Teamwork: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing enrollment needs and events, including occasional weekends or evenings.
Knowledge of Admissions Processes: Understanding of admissions cycles, enrollment procedures, and relevant compliance requirements.
