At **One Call**, we're looking for an **IT Recruiter** to join our team in **Monterrey** and help us grow our technical talent pipeline with curiosity, creativity, and heart.
What you'll do:
As our IT Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building strong tech teams.
You will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (from intake to offer).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and team culture.
- Screen resumes and conduct engaging initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain our ATS updated and help optimize our recruiting processes.

What we're looking for:
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
- Experience using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Boolean search is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
