**Quality Management Leader (Automotive Industry)**
A leading company in the **automotive manufacturing industry** is seeking an experienced **Quality Management Leader** to oversee and strengthen its quality management system, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Position Authority
The position holder has the authority to **stop any operation or activity that may represent a risk to product quality, safety, or compliance**, immediately notifying the relevant internal areas according to the organization's escalation procedures.
This role also includes the authority to **suspend the release or shipment of materials when there is suspicion of non-conformity with quality requirements**, ensuring customer satisfaction and product safety.
Additionally, the role may involve **direct communication with customers to address quality concerns, negotiate solutions, and establish corrective action plans**, including the development of alerts, procedures, formats, and improvement strategies to ensure product compliance.
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure the **implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement** of the Quality Management System.
- Guarantee compliance with **customer-specific requirements and automotive industry standards**.
- Lead the **strategic planning of the quality management system**.
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of the **quality policy and certifications**.




- Monitor and manage **quality performance indicators** across the organization.
- Participate in the **APQP phase** to ensure quality planning and risk mitigation.
- Support the **evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring of suppliers**.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen **process reliability and product safety**.

3 years in a similar role within the automotive industry.
**Preferred experience**:
