What Will Your Day Be Like at ACPS Automotive Qro as a **Trainer - Team Leader**?
Job Authority
You have the authority to **stop any operation or activity that may pose a risk to product quality, safety, or operational standards**, immediately informing the corresponding areas according to the company's escalation procedures.
You will also have the authority to **guide, train, and support operators and production personnel**, ensuring that processes are executed according to established standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Train and coach operators on **standard operating procedures and best practices** within the plastic injection process.
- Support production supervisors in **ensuring process compliance and operational discipline**.
- Monitor adherence to **quality standards and production procedures**.
- Assist in the **implementation of improvements in production processes and work methods**.
- Ensure correct use of **work instructions,



quality documentation, and process controls**.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
- Promote **teamwork, safety awareness, and adherence to company policies**.
- Ensure proper **housekeeping and organization in the production area**.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of **plastic injection processes**:
- Work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Production control systems (OEE, Scrap, First Piece validation)
- Basic **problem-solving methodologies**:
- Team leadership and coaching
- Quality and production documentation
Admission Profile
- Preferably **Technical degree or Engineering**:
- Knowledge of **Excel and Outlook**:
- Experience in **team coordination or operator training**:
- Knowledge of **IATF *****, ISO *****, and CSR standards**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience in plastic injection or automotive manufacturing**
