**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and analyze the accuracy of information in new requests transferred from the assigned group as part of Agent Onboarding activities.
- Maintain a record of processed and rejected requests in the portal, according to the group/team you are assigned to.
- Your supervisor or manager will assign tasks as required by Operations and the department.
- Do not divert, under any circumstances, any calls or communications from the agent to the RIA representative.
- Properly introduce yourself to the user, identifying yourself clearly.
- If it is necessary to transfer the user to another department, this must be done immediately and in a timely manner.
- It is strictly prohibited to end a call unilaterally without having completed customer service.
- Agents must not remain silent for more than 10 seconds,
as this may cause the customer to end the call and have a poor service experience.
- Update information for existing agents as needed — this includes analyzing, processing, and confirming the information accurately.
- Process additional services for new or existing accounts.
- Handle ownership change requests, including:
- Updating bank account information.
- Coordinating bank account requests for new agents with the Finance Operations team.
- Coordinate the shipment of equipment for new agents with Web Support.
- Support the Sales team with their requests and questions in a professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes within the department and help accelerate workflows.
- High school graduate and/or preferably with university studies.
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
- Critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify inaccurate information and provide alternative solutions to move the request to the activation queue.
