**Job Description** About this Job**
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic link between Human Resources and the Operations areas in Mexico, supporting the execution of initiatives related to talent, performance, culture, and labor compliance.
This role requires a solid command of English to interact with global teams, executive presentations, and corporate documentation.
**Responsibilities**
- Expert in HRBP processes in Workday
- Management and knowledge of HR Analytics
- Analyze operational metrics (people KPIs) and propose actions to improve team stability and efficiency.
- Ensure and resolve HR quality check
- Collaborate with Recruitment to fill critical positions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates in English for international stakeholders.
- Align local processes with global policies, practices, and standards.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years in Human Resources areas.
- Advanced English (B2-C1 preferred).
- Personnel data analysis (Excel, dashboards or HR's).
- Effective and assertive communication.
- Organization and prioritization in dynamic environments.
