We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and compassionate **Egg Donor & Surrogate Mother Medical Coordinator** to oversee and supervise the medical screening and treatment compliance of egg donors (ED) and surrogate mothers (SMs).
This is a key coordination role requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Medical Supervision & Coordination**
- Oversee and monitor the full medical screening process of egg donors and surrogate mothers.
- Ensure all required medical tests, lab work, and evaluations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate appointments with fertility doctors, clinics, and laboratories.
**Protocol Compliance**
- Monitor strict adherence to treatment plans and doctor's instructions.
- Ensure donors and surrogates take prescribed medications correctly and on time.
- Provide clear explanations of medical protocols and answer questions.
- Follow up regularly to prevent missed doses, appointments, or instructions.
- Report any non-compliance or medical concerns to supervising physicians immediately.
**Contractual and Program Obligations**
- Ensure all participants understand and comply with contractual obligations.
- Track attendance, punctuality, and participation in required program steps.
- Maintain consistent communication with participants to ensure reliability and accountability.
**Communication and Support**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the clinic, doctors, donors, and surrogate mothers.
- Provide guidance, reminders, and emotional support throughout the process.
- Maintain professional, empathetic communication at all times.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical and administrative records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare case summaries and progress reports as required.
**Requirements**:
- Background in nursing, midwifery, healthcare management, or related medical field.
- Previous experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, IVF coordination, or women's health is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
- Advance knowledge of English language.
