Role Responsibilities:
- Planning and monitoring the production on a daily basis, establishing the necessary priorities that ensure the customer satisfaction, with the required safety and quality, within the established time and at the lowest possible cost.
- To facilitate and support his staff to receive the appropriate training to develop and make their work teams more adaptable according to the skills matrix (ILU).
- Motivate and evaluate the performance of the staff through timely feedback and sustain a favorable work environment.
- To assure the compliance with the internal work regulations established in the company.
- An active participation in the company's Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
- Work together with other departments to evaluate each of the areas in order to detect activities that do not add value and eliminate or minimize them through continuous improvement tools.
- To ensure the Individual Development Plan according to the competencies established in the DNA, this to promote the continuous improvement on the production shop floor.




- To meet with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) according to the activities of the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Looking for a safer environment implementing Safety procedures of Safety framework and implementation of risk assessment
- To keep the global Earning Hours Ratio level at minimum 2.12
- EHR level in PG welding 1.80
- Meet the quality standard for internal rejections and Customer complains.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the following welding processes: GMAW, GTAW and FCAW CWI ( preferred )
- ISO**** Internal auditor certified preferred.
- English spoken, reading and conversation
- Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position
- Leadership qualities to supervise and motivate his collaborators.
- Skill to develop his collaborators.
- Effective communication with other departments and work teams.
- Decision-making skills.
- Results oriented to achieve goals and expectations.
- Teamwork focused and detail-oriented.
- High sense of urgency
