**We are looking for a Deputy Manager that will lead in mobilising temporary, Child Centred, Caring and Nurturing environments for children who need it.
**
The Manager will be working with a bespoke team that will be responding to children's needs to keep them safe and consider their next steps.
They will be working with a range of other professionals wrapping a care package around them that is designed to meet individual needs whilst playing a vital role in been proactive with immediate response to each situation and each child's need across the city.
The Deputy will be promoting a supportive team culture, whilst making meaningful impacts on children's lives, they will also need to have out of the box thinking and a fast-paced approach to formulising plans; prioritising meetings and setting up provisions fit for purpose that are welcoming,
warm and engaging for our beautiful professionals of the future.
- Within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children;
- Worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role;
