**About the role**
Are you passionate about strategic project management and driving productivity?
As a **Sr Associate, Strategic Sourcing and Productivity**, you will play a key role in enabling productivity across the Americas region.
You'll manage the portfolio of savings projects, ensuring healthy execution, timely delivery, and accurate reporting of benefits to senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a **Sr Associate, Strategic Sourcing and Productivity**, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with multiple Global Commodity Leaders to execute key projects.
- Ensuring data integrity and timely reporting with general teams.
- Communicating across functional teams to align on productivity-related topics.
- Preparing executive-level productivity presentations.
- Managing and reporting on the portfolio of savings projects across the region.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, strategic thinkers with strong communication skills.

As a minimum, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.




- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience in project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
