**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Contact carrier to obtain status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered, empty.
- Border crossing Mex - US and documentation.
- Update load status in system, e.g. loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.
- Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary.
Secure capacity for load.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with shippers and receivers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree desired, with minimum 1 year experience working with customer service, transportation, track and trace, etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities, and Reporting platforms
- High personal integrity and standards
- English: Good communication skills.
- Attention to details
- Team work spirit and collaborative attitude, customer centric attitude.
