We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success and employee engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
- Advise managers on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees on career development and HR-related matters.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in HR in an HRBP or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools




- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Expertise in talent management, including performance management and succession planning
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Fluency in English.
