**Overview: Residential Childcare Assessor / Tutor**
An opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing training provider, we are looking for an experienced Residential Childcare professional to join their successful team.
You will be delivering CYP Residential Childcare apprenticeships to learners, mainly working remotely from home.
**Duties: Residential Childcare Assessor / Tutor**
- Train, assess, motivate and support Residential Childcare learners on programmes towards achieving CYP / Residential Childcare Apprenticeship qualifications
- Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved Residential Childcare training materials, promoting standardisation,



use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
**Qualifications and Competencies: Residential Childcare Assessor / Tutor**
- A minimum 2 years' occupational experience within a Residential Childcare setting as a manager
- A L5 qualification in Childcare
- Experience delivering Residential Childcare apprenticeships
- Assessor Award - TAQA, CAVA, A1, D*****
- Teaching qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
- Full UK Driving License
