**Job Description: Production Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leading and managing a team of employees, including setting goals and objectives.
- Clear communication with team members, providing feedback and support, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and development opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
- Ensure that production line schedules are aligned with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning.
- Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.
- Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are adequately maintained and reviewed.




**Qualifications**:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor ́s Degree in operations management, business, engineering, science, or related field.
(Master's Degree Desired)
- 3+ years of experience working in a multicultural team.
- 10+ years of experience as a Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager.
(Automotive Industry Preferred)
**Soft Skills**:
- Ability to lead a large team.
- Strong ability to multicultural discussions.
- Multitasking and time-management skills.
**Technical Skills**:
- Working knowledge of lean tools (5s, SMED, Kaizen)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Quantity of delivered programs per year.
- Quality feedback from teams and customers.
- Team objectives/goals achieved per semester.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Onsite
- 100k Monthly
