**¿Qué harás?
**
- Desarrollar conceptos creativos y dirección visual para campañas integrales de Ford.
- Supervisar la producción de piezas gráficas, audiovisuales y digitales.
- Mantener consistencia con los lineamientos de marca global de Ford.
- Liderar y mentorar al equipo de arte junior.
- Colaborar con directores creativos, planners y el equipo de cuentas.
- Presentar propuestas creativas al cliente.
- Supervisar producciones fotográficas y de video.




- Asegurar la calidad creativa en todos los touchpoints digitales y tradicionales.
**Skills Requeridos**
- Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o carrera afín.
- +5 años de experiência.
- Adobe Creative Suite, plataformas digitales y redes sociales.
- **Inglés AVANZADO**.
