**About the Role**:
At Hershey, we are seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to ensure the accurate and complete recording of financial transactions across our operations in the Americas.
This role is critical to maintaining financial integrity and compliance with international accounting standards.
You will be responsible for managing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting audits, while also contributing to process improvements and KPI tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and record accounting activities in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany transactions,



and reserves.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and delivering required documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
- Integrate general ledger (GL) accounts and prepare tax-related files.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in accounting.
- Proficiency in **SAP FI**, **GAAP**, and **IFRS**.
- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as **S4 HANA**, **SAP**, or **Oracle** is a plus.
