Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze, test, maintain, and support existing manufacturing systems to ensure their operational efficiency and stability.
- Design, develop, and modify programs for functional areas, including but not limited to manufacturing, finance, and logistics.
- Formulate logic for new systems, prepare flowcharting, and perform coding and debugging of programs.
- Analyze system performance and recommend changes for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Develop conversion and system implementation plans, and prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation.
- Interface with other systems and users worldwide to provide day-to-day technical support.
- Help develop test cases and create supporting documentation for new and existing software solutions.
- Follow established documentation and configuration management policies and procedures.
- Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards to enhance overall processes.
- Train users in the conversion and implementation of new systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience:




- 0 - 2 years of experience in Customer Support activities, preferably in a technical or IT-related role.
- 1 year of experience in supporting manufacturing systems.
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, and SQL.
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Java.
- Intermediate English (Conversational)
- Skills and Competencies:
- Present facts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with team members and users worldwide.
