We re on the lookout for Maths Tutors to support with delivery of Maths to learners completing their vocational courses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the Functional Skills/Maths delivery to a provision for learners.
- Deliver high-quality Functional Skills Classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners.
- Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team.
- Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.




- Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs.
- Provide support of safeguarding measures.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks.
- Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies**.

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS)
- Level 2 or above qualification in Maths.
- Proven experience delivering Functional Skills supporting learners with ALN s.
Salary up to £28,000 + additional benefits.
