Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus._
- Reporting to the Product Engineer, Associate Production Supervisor role involves_ _being in charge of directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the lines success._
- _ Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality._
- _ Guide a team of professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements._
- _ Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution.
Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability._
- _ Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals._
- _ Provides technical and operational advice to project teams._
- _ May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function._




- _ Engage in training and coaching of junior operators._
- _ Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements._
- _ Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects._
- _ Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses._
- _ Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures._
- _ Ensures compliance of standards._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- _Ability to read, analyze and interpret MPI._
- _Flexible working hours availability._
- _Intermediate English level (able to have fluent conversations)_
- _Experience as Production Supervisor (leadership roles)_
- _Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment._
- _Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).

- _Experience in the use of Floor shop systems._
- _Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End).
_
- _Experience in BAAN system (SAP).
_
- _Ability to read, analyze and interpret MPI._
