Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter who is more than a "resume screener."

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and scheduling candidates
Candidate Relationship Management:
Act as a genuine advocate for our candidates, ensuring every individual feels seen, respected, and well-cared for through a high-touch, human-centered recruitment experience.
Inter-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to ensure hiring aligns with our immediate and long-term scaling goals.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a professional, transparent, and engaging experience.
Pipeline Development:
Maintain a steady "bench" of talent for high-turnover or high-growth roles to ensure zero downtime in hiring.

Qualifications
Recruiting experience is not required, we hire for attitude and train for skill.
Tech-Forward Mindset:
You are naturally tech-savvy and can quickly master new tools, maintaining high data integrity within our ATS platform.
Ability to work 35hs per week
