We are looking for an experienced
Sourcing Specialist
to join the Supply Chain team at Multi-Wing Mexico.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the products and services required to support daily operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing processes, managing supplier relationships, and supporting cost optimization while maintaining quality and supply reliability.
This position contributes directly to the company's operational performance and productivity.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and managing the company's overall sourcing strategy for
motors & drives
,
plastic injection components
, and
mechanical parts
Identifying sourcing needs in line with operational and production requirements
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that support cost efficiency and reliable supply
Building and maintaining strong relationships with
vendors and key suppliers
Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to optimize cost and supplier performance
Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Market & Cost Analysis
Conducting market research and sourcing analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities
Analyzing sourcing data and recommending improvements to current sourcing strategies
Developing and managing
annual sourcing budgets
Process & Compliance
Preparing sourcing documentation and maintaining records to ensure transparency and compliance
Ensuring sourcing activities follow company policies, regulations, and best practices
Staying informed about industry developments and sourcing innovations to continuously improve procurement practices
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a sourcing professional who demonstrates:

Experience
7–10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles
Experience sourcing industrial components such as motors, drives, plastic injection parts, or mechanical components
Hands-on experience with sourcing or procurement software
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Additional training or certifications in sourcing or procurement are considered an advantage
Strong
negotiation and supplier management skills
Advanced
communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent
problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong
business judgment and ownership mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Effective
time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
