- Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of time, quantity, and quality.
- Guarantee compliance with automotive (IATF *****) and medical (ISO *****, FDA) industry standards.
- Manage and optimize human, material, and financial resources of the plant.
- Lead continuous improvement programs (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Promote a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in production, quality, costs, scrap, efficiency, and deliveries.
- Supervise the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance for molds, machinery, and facilities.
- Coordinate with support areas: quality, engineering, human resources, logistics, maintenance, and finance.
- Develop key plant personnel, fostering leadership, discipline, and commitment.
- Represent the company with customers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Experiência y requisitos
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Plastics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA or Master's in Operations/Manufacturing preferred.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 8 years in plastic injection molding operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in **maquiladora/IMMEX operations** with export-oriented manufacturing.
- Prior exposure to **pharmaceutical or automotive** manufacturing environments.
Technical Knowledge:




- Injection molding processes and mold validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Regulatory standards: ISO *****, IATF *****, FDA, GMP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.
- ERP/MRP systems and data-driven performance monitoring.
- Lean manufacturing tools and root cause analysis.
