Responsibilities
- Support the administration of contracts and relationships with current and potential clients assigned by the leader, regarding billing, payment of consideration for commercial agreements by the Commercial and Business Development team.
- Coordinate or attend internal meetings related to the administration of Contracts or operational problems with clients or interconnected parties.
- Management, analysis and issuance of correspondence between Commercial and contractual counterparties.
- Updating of Commercial Development databases.
- Monitoring compliance with periodic obligations (contractual, normative, regulatory and internal) assigned by the leader.
- Support in the collection of information for requirements of regulatory authorities and/or regulatory compliance.
- Support in the preparation of commercial development budgets, as well as the monitoring of commercial development projects (timesheets, expenses).
- Support to other executives according to business needs.
- Support the commercial development team with the technical and commercial requirements of existing or future Users in TC systems.
- Integrate operational and commercial information in order to build the projection of interruptible base consumption and other charges.
- Provide support to users in relation to billing.
- Provide support in coordination with the systems team to follow up and implement the areas of improvement detected in TCMás.
- Support in the follow-up of contracts and commercial agreements related to transportation, measurement agreements and interconnections, as well as contracts to operate, maintain and build,



for those projects assigned by your leader.
- Support in the management and administration of the control of documents of the commercial development team.
- Any other activity required by your leader according to business needs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven and progressive commercial experience in client and stakeholder relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field.
- Basic knowledge of the National Pipeline Network.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally to identify and implement practical solutions.
- Proactive and able to balance multiple competing priorities while driving problem resolution and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret commercial agreements, regulations and financial agreements.
- Excellent discretion in handling confidential information and communicating with third parties.
- Understanding of the regulatory framework and stakeholders that influence the energy sector in Mexico and more broadly in North America.
- Ability to propose solutions to problems related to commercial issues.
- Related experience in natural gas midstream in Mexico.
- Ability to summarize and synthesize commercial materials.
- Ability to work effectively.
- Oral and written communication skills, in English and Spanish.
-Ability to adapt to changing mandates and tight deadlines.
