We are seeking a General Accountant to join our administrative team and maintain effective financial and accounting control in compliance with current tax regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Issuing electronic invoices and payment supplements
Making monthly and annual accounting closings
Calculating and filing ISN (Payroll Tax)
Bank reconciliations and financial analysis
Presenting accounting and tax reports
Coordinating with external firms (tax, legal, and auditing)
Using SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT platforms
Other duties related to the position may be added based on the needs of the department
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting




Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Accountant or similar position
Strong knowledge of Mexican tax legislation and accounting processes
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
Intermediate English (spoken and written)
