"* Gathers and interprets data to make recommendations on process and system improvement.
- Gathering information from internal and/or external customers to define the requirements.
- Serves as liaison between internal developers and business stakeholders
- Communicating with stakeholders to resolve questions or issues as they arise.
- Working with developers to answer questions as needed.
- Assists stakeholder in developing test plans and user acceptance criteria
- Partners in developing solutions to utilize systems more effectively.
- Performs internal system analytics that requires use of best practices and knowledge to formulate recommendations and solutions.
