We are looking for a **methodical, proactive, rigorous, and results-oriented** individual who is willing to directly contribute to generating public opinion and social analysis through robust and well-founded statistical models.
This role is key to ensuring that decisions are based on accurate, technically robust data that is aligned with the client's strategic objectives.
This position is designed for someone with **independent thinking, technical expertise, and a consultative vision**, capable of methodologically supporting each study in front of clients, management, and the operational team.
**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:
- Design, validate, and update sampling models for social and public opinion studies.
- ** Implement weighting and post-stratification** schemes to ensure representativeness.
- Define quotas and technical criteria for field and telephone surveys.
- Create questionnaires aligned with the client's objectives and expected analytical cross-references.
- Generate actionable insights from the collected data.
- Prepare technical sheets and rigorously document each sample design.
- Act as a bridge between the operational area, strategic management and the client.
- Accompany and train the field team in basic sampling criteria.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging methodologies and specialized literature (INEGI, AMAI, electoral literature, etc.).
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Training in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Political Science, Economics, Sociology or related fields.
- Experience in quantitative research, particularly with a social or political focus.
- Mastery of **probability and non-probability sampling techniques**.
- Knowledge in **population modeling and estimation of sampling errors**.
- Advanced handling of **Excel** and preferably **R or Python**.
- Ability to communicate findings in a technical and clear manner to non-specialist audiences.
- Previous experience in polling firms, think tanks, public institutions, or research centers is desirable.
- Familiarity with reference frameworks such as **AMAI, INEGI, nominal lists** or similar.
