**Your Job**
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the Glass Production process per-shift in El Marques site.

- Responsible for a production shift crew (technicians and unionized employees)
- Connect with different capabilities such process, asset care,



maintenance among others to support yourself and your team to be able to accomplish our operations visions
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Supervisor experience in different levels, supervisor of supervisors is a plus.
- 5 years of experience as a leader in production process.
- Leadership in culture transformation.
- Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English and Spanish
