**Job Summary**:
As a Supplier Business Continuity Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our Supplier Business Continuity (SBC) program.
You will be responsible for executing key program operational activities, managing event responses, analyzing data, and driving process improvements.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the resilience and efficiency of our supply chain operations.
This role will report to the Director, Supplier Business Continuity.
**Responsibilities**:
**What You Will Do**:
- Execute key program operational activities, including administering critical supplier assessments and defining mitigation action plans.
- Participate in operational supply chain risk management, including event triage and response orchestration.
- Regularly publish KPI and portfolio-level KRI control charts and collaborate on program KPI reporting.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance program efficiency.
- Partner with team members to deliver training and ensure the adoption of established processes.
**How You Will Do It**:
- Administer the timely execution of critical supplier assessments and define mitigation action plans by supplier relationship owners.
- Track events through their lifecycle and ensure transparent communication of status to leaders.
- Analyze data and collaborate on the design and build of program improvements.




- Regularly publish KPI and portfolio-level KRI control charts.
- Leverage desktop productivity tools and resources to automate business processes where possible.
- Maintain detailed process documentation and partner with team members to deliver training as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, risk management, or a related field.
- ** Analytic Skills**: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, and risk modeling.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
Experience with Microsoft Power Fabric (ex: Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps) is highly desirable.
Experience with SiliconExpert or other market analytics tool a plus.
- ** Process Improvement**: Experience in driving process improvements and automation.
- ** Communication**:Excellent written and oral, English communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain detailed process documentation.
- ** Training**: Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
