As the Ariba Catalog Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Ariba P2P catalogs.
Your role will ensure that the catalog is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for user experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand catalog scope and adoption, implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in the catalog management processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Ariba B&I; catalogs, working closely with the catalog integration teams.
- Ensure the catalog is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience.
- Collaborate with category managers and cross-functional teams to implement best practices in catalog management.
- Support catalog users, resolving user inquiries and assisting with systems issues.
- Act as liaison between Purchasing and suppliers to ensure growth of catalog availability, adoption and spend.
- Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure data integrity and compliance.




- Provide training and support to users on catalog functionalities and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance catalog management processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Project management experience a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools and process automation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in english.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Ariba P2P catalog deployment and maintenance is desired.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
