- Experience in customs law compliance.
- Knowledge of US legislation.
- Advanced English.
- Knowledge in ECFR, HTS, USITC.
- USMCA
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer service in the creation of finished products, bill of materials and USMCA analysis.
- Coordination of customs brokers with US and MX tariff classifications.
- Review and implementation of Certificates of Origin.
- Compliance with US regulations on shipments to the US, regulations and international treaties.
