Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics, vendors, and staff to ensure successful events.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
Revenue & Cost Control: Monitor income from events, control operational costs, and optimize pricing strategies.
Vendor & Client Relations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and maintain strong client relationships.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, analyze event profitability, and suggest improvements.
Team Coordination: Work with event planners, accountants, and other stakeholders to align financial and operational goals.
This position is adecuado for someone with experience in event management, finance, and operations, ensuring that both the experience and the business side of events are handled effectively.
Pay: Up to $15,****** per month
