**Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Support for North Latam Employee Engagement Squad (Internal Communications)- Assist in the planning and execution of internal campaigns, events, and initiatives to inform, engage, and connect employees across the region.
- Draft and edit internal content such as newsletters, announcements, intranet Bayernet posts, leadership messages, and visual communications.
- Help coordinate logistics for internal events, town halls, and recognition programs.
- Monitor feedback channels and support tracking of employee engagement metrics.
- Support for Corporate Communications Squad (External Positioning & Narrative)- Help prepare and coordinate content for external communications including press releases, briefing documents, executive speaking points, and social media copy.
- Assist in the development and organization of corporate narratives and storytelling initiatives that highlight the company's purpose, impact, and leadership.




- Support coordination across multiple departments to gather input and ensure message consistency.
- Help monitor media coverage and track key performance indicators related to reputation and visibility.
**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience in communications, public affairs, or related functions.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms, internal tools (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer), and social media channels.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
