- You will report to the Applications Manager and will be based in San Angel, Mexico D.F working on-site.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
**Flavour Application**
**Knowledge sharing and expertise**
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians and technologists
- Establish and maintain relationships with a limited number of customers; able to gain their trust and respect
**Data maintenance**
- Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
**Environmental Health & Safety**
- Maintain a safe,



clean and organized lab environment following EH&S; policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines
**You**:
- Your professional profile includes:
**Academic Background**
- B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or Master's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology
**Professional Experience**
**Technical Skills**
- Experience with many of the flavour reactions/interactions in common food products and the ability to recommend flavour modifications based on performance
- Project management skills
- Translate market trends into innovative products for main customers
- Supervise and manage technicians and technologists
