Representing two integral tech companies: Tekton Labs and Equals 11
We're looking for a commercially driven individual to join a **startup backed by a local investor in Mexico.
**
**What will you do?
**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Mexican and LATAM markets
- Manage consultative sales cycles (~4 months) with C-level and IT decision-makers
- Present SaaS solutions effectively, handling objections and negotiations
- Close new clients and build long-term relationships for renewals and upsells
**Compensation Package**:
- Base salary**:$60,000 - $70,000 MXN/month**:

**Must-have Requirements**:
- **Proven experience selling SaaS solutions (mandatory)**:




- Advanced English - you'll work with international teams
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and follow-up skills
**Nice to have**:
- **Portfolio or client base in the SaaS/tech sector**:
- Experience selling to enterprise or mid-size companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
