We are seeking a Senior Pricing Coordinator with strong experience in foreign trade, managing forwarders, negotiating with international suppliers, and handling costs and tariffs.
The person will be responsible for leading the pricing team, ensuring accurate analysis of rates and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms with shipping lines, airlines, and ground service providers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the pricing team to ensure accuracy in quotations and tariffs.
- Negotiate rates and costs with international suppliers (forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, ground agents).
- Analyze and control operational costs to optimize profitability.
- Maintain strong business relationships with international suppliers.
- Coordinate communication with operational and customs areas to ensure proper management of operations.
- Report results and key metrics to management.
- Manage continuous improvement processes in negotiations and rate management.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in pricing or coordination within freight forwarding companies or international logistics.
- Deep knowledge of maritime, air, and land freight rate negotiation.
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Leadership skills and personnel management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics quoting systems.
