Project overview: This project aims to enhance the capabilities of a financial company by implementing various development initiatives, including integrations with external backend systems and ongoing maintenance of an existing system, which encompasses both backend and frontend components.
Position overview: We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team for a transformative project with a leading financial firm.
This role will initially focus on the discovery phase and later evolve into providing technical leadership across different workstreams, organized into two dedicated development squads.
- Design robust, scalable architectures that align with industry best practices, ensuring all solutions are optimized for performance and security.
- Lead technical workshops and collaborate closely with the Client's stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, facilitating a deep understanding of business objectives and technical needs.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to capture essential information that will inform solution design and development processes.
- Assist the customer and development teams in designing effective solutions tailored to their specific needs, ensuring flexibility and scalability for future growth.
- Define the project scope, breaking down complex tasks into prioritized activities to streamline the development process and enhance team productivity.




- Lead the two squads involved in the workstreams, fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the customer, addressing questions and concerns while facilitating effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers to align on project priorities, ensuring that high-impact activities are addressed promptly to drive progress.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, adapting plans as necessary to meet changing business requirements or address technical challenges.
- Requirements: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API, Vue.js, and SQL Server, including architecture and deployment best practices.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services; experience with other major cloud providers is also welcome.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on delivering practical, innovative, and scalable solutions.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
